Please follow the steps 1-5 below to have your questions answered, check availability & prices and then book the hall if you would like to.



1. Hall facilities and layout

The Victory Hall facilities, layout and room sizes.
The hall has one large L-shaped room (approx. 12m x 11m at maximum) with a dance/exercise area plus a smaller meeting room (7m x 5m approx with satellite TV, BD/DVD player and HD data projector), new toilets including a disabled toilet and baby changing, a modern kitchen with an electric range cooker (double oven and 5 plate hob), very fast WiFi, dimmable LED lights throughout, a small garden and an off-road car park for about 30 cars.

Maximum capacity is 100 people.

3. Hall availability

Check availability in the hall calendar.

Note that we only hire the hall for one booking per day over the weekend.


4. Hall hire rates

The Victory Hall is hired as one unit. The hire period must include any setup/decoration and tidy-up/cleaning time you need. Farley Hill residents will receive a 10% discount on casual private hire rates. Full payment and a security deposit of £200.00 is required on booking.


Regular private hire rates (conditions apply, including a 1.5 hour minimum hire):

  • Weekdays daytime 0800 to 1800 is £10.50 per hour
  • Mon-Thu evening 1800-2300, Sat-Sun daytime 0800-2300 is £14.50 per hour

Casual private hire rates (conditions apply, including a minimum 4 hour hire):

  • Weekdays daytime 0800-1800, please contact us at hire@victoryhalltrust.com
  • Mon-Thu evening 1800-2300, Sat 0800-1800, Sun 0800-2300 is £35.00 per hour
    • Bouncy castles attract a small extra charge for power.
    • We also make a small charge when alcohol is being served.
  • Sat 1800 to 2300 is a flat rate of £400.00

5. Hall hire agreement

  • Check the date and fee with us first, by email.
  • Visit the hall one Friday evening from 7pm to ensure it is what you need (recommended).
  • Download and complete the Hall hire agreement form below (Word or PDF)
  • Sign the agreement and send to hire@victoryhalltrust.com (scan or take a photo).
  • Pay the hire fee and deposit by bank transfer.
    • Bank details are on the Hall Hire agreement, just above your signature.
  • You're booked!
  • We will return your deposit after the hire.
