2. Hall facilities and layout

The Victory Hall facilities, layout and room sizes.
The hall has one large L-shaped room (approx. 12m x 11m at maximum) with a dance/exercise area plus a smaller meeting room (7m x 5m approx with satellite TV, BD/DVD player and HD data projector), toilets, baby changing, a licensed bar, a modern kitchen with an electric range cooker (double oven and 5 plate hob), fast WiFi, dimmable LED lights throughout, a garden with picnic tables and an off-road car park for about 30 cars.

The hall was completely redecorated in February 2015 when the 1980's suspended ceiling was removed to reveal the original and tall 1920's ceiling. The interior was refurbished with new flooring and panelling in October 2018. Most recently, new tables and chairs were purchased in May 2019.

Maximum capacity is 100-125 people, depending on the layout you choose.

3. Hall availability

4. Hall hire rates

The Victory Hall is hired as one unit. The hire period must include any setup/decoration and tidy-up/cleaning time you need. Farley Hill residents will receive a 10% discount on casual private hire rates. Rates held at pre-Covid19 levels for 2021.

 

Regular private hire rates (conditions apply, including a 1.5 hour minimum hire):

  • Weekdays 0800 to 1800 is £8.50 per hour
  • Mon-Thu 1800-2300, Sat 0800-1800 and Sun 0800-2300 is £12 per hour

Casual private hire rates (conditions apply, including a minimum 4 hour hire):

  • Weekdays 0800 to 1800 is £15 per hour
  • Mon-Thu 1800-2300, Sat 0800-1800 and Sun 0800-2300 is £20 per hour
  • Sat 1800 to 2300 is a flat rate of £250.00

Commercial hire rates are:

  • Weekdays 0800 to 1800 is £25 per hour
  • Mon-Thu 1800-2300, Sat 0800-1800 and Sun 0800-2300 is £40 per hour
  • Other times and arrangements, please get in touch.

Wedding reception venue:

  • We do a venue-only package (hire of the hall only) for small wedding receptions where you get the hall to use exclusively for 36 hours - please email hire@victoryhalltrust.com

5. Hall hire agreement

Complete the agreement. Ensure you read the hire conditions and the special conditions for Covid19, sign ithe agreemenrt and send (edit the Word file, scan or take a photo) to hire@victoryhalltrust.com.
