Hiring the hall

2. Hall facilities and layout

The Victory Hall facilities, layout and room sizes.
The hall has one large L-shaped room (approx. 12m x 11m at maximum) with a dance/exercise area plus a smaller meeting room (7m x 5m approx with satellite TV, BD/DVD player and HD data projector), toilets, baby changing, a licensed bar, a modern kitchen with an electric range cooker (double oven and 5 plate hob), WiFi, dimmable LED lights throughout, a garden with picnic tables and an off-road car park for about 30 cars.

The hall was completely redecorated in February 2015 when the 1980's suspended ceiling was removed to reveal the original and tall 1920's ceiling. The interior was refurbished with new flooring and paneling in October 2018.

Maximum capacity is 200 people (125 is the recommended maximum for comfort) and there are tables and seating for about 50.

3. Hall availability

Check availability in the hall calendar. Book using the form at step 5.

 

4. Hall hire rates

The Victory Hall is hired as one unit. The hire period must include any setup/decoration and tidy-up/cleaning time you need. Farley Hill residents will receive a 10% discount on casual private hire rates.

 

Regular private hire rates (conditions apply, 1.5 hour minimum hire):

  • Weekdays 0800 to 1800 is £8.50 per hour
  • Mon-Thu 1800-2300 and Sat-Sun 0800-1800 is £12 per hour

Casual private hire rates (minimum 4 hour hire):

  • Weekdays 0800 to 1800 is £15 per hour
  • Mon-Thu 1800-2300 and Sat-Sun 0800-1800 is £20 per hour
  • Fri-Sat 1800 to 2300 is a flat rate of £250.00 (discount available for FH residents)

Commercial hire rates are:

  • Weekdays 0800 to 1800 is £25 per hour
  • Mon-Thu 1800-2300 and Sat-Sun 0800-1800 £40 per hour
  • Other times and arrangements, please get in touch.

Wedding receptions:

  • We do a package for wedding receptions - please email hire@victoryhalltrust.com

5. Hall hire form
